去左幾次日本其實都未食過炸串😂估唔到第一次食竟然喺香港,仲係黎自大阪添!店員每上一道菜都會作簡單介紹,仲會推薦加配既醬汁 /調味。一開始有一大兜椰菜,店員建議配串揚汁一齊食,開胃又好食😌串燒:▪️柚子豚肉燒 ($29)燒得啱啱好,豚肉既油脂同清新柚子味,再加啲山椒粉既配搭一流▪️芝士蕃茄雞肉 ($28)雞肉好嫩,一啖連埋芝士同中間粒車厘茄🍅一齊食😋串揚:▪️紅薯 ($26)炸粉夠薄夠脆,紅薯🍠香甜,配串揚汁雞甜味更突出▪️洋蔥 ($25)本身我唔太好洋蔥,但呢個好有驚喜,洋蔥🧅口感爽脆味道清甜,個人覺得配串揚汁好味過辣醬😆▪️半熟煮玉子 ($28)一切開就見到滿滿既蛋汁,加少少鹽🧂味道啱啱好👍🏼▪️天使之海老 ($46)蝦肉🦐爽口彈牙,炸得好香脆,成隻連殻食都唔覺得油膩,隨心添加檸檬汁,兩隻蝦併埋一齊仲係🫶🏻主食:▪️三文魚茶漬飯 ($43)份量適中,煎過既飯團好香飲品:▪️宇治抹茶 ($29) ▪️可爾必思梳打水 ($29)
