今次唔係發板人朋友叫左咩就食咩啦。佢地都好好,就我唔叫魚同芫茜兩款湯底分別係竹笙雞同杏仁豬肺。落料前先飲湯,湯底夠濃味同飲完唔口渴。杏仁味比較soft,唔會好搶味。而且個鍋底真係好多料係入面我地大部分都係叫拼盤,一次過試下幾個部位/幾款食材牛魔拼盤有五款牛部位,我認為最好味係牛舌同白色個款(一開始以為係切出黎既肥肉但其實好爽口,記得唔好淥太耐)黑豚肉唔錯,但我都係比較鍾意牛肉蔬菜拼盤每款都好新鮮,缺點係太大,娃娃菜好似一開二咁想食得斯文D都唔得啦。冰火魷魚都唔錯,但唔食得辣就唔好叫啦。
