25/4(日) 1pm到過 吃盡苦頭的"鹿鳴春"後,五臟六腑都翻騰起來.是次把主導權交托給阿梁.明智地誤闖此日本料理,小試牛刀吃了點了午市套餐:壽司定食$170及迷你雙色丼$90.前菜--漬四季豆及三文魚成了簡單的開胃前菜.味噌湯--白味噌湯豆味及鹹意產生互關作用,味道對調!壽司定食--如下玉子,三文魚籽,海膽軍艦,八爪魚,鰻魚,油甘魚,立魚,大蝦,池魚,吞拿魚及帆立貝這11件壽司是沒可挑剔的,每一口都有懾人的力量,新鮮得不能再鮮!鳥冬--爽滑帶勁的鳥冬跟清甜木魚湯互相呼應...天婦羅蝦飯及魚生飯--魚生飯的貨色也絕不欺場,三文魚子,立魚,喜知次,吞拿魚,帆立貝.,蟹肉等等,跟壽司的鮮度相呼應!飯粒黏性及酸性平衡得宜.天婦羅蝦飯的蝦則爽脆含鮮,薄薄的炸漿乃另一賣點!醬汁流入對味的珍珠飯內,感覺良好!甜薯蓉--附送的飯後甜品;於全飽的情況下,其蕃薯香,奶香及滑度教人不吃不可!服務方面年青的侍應生及日籍經理皆表現專業,招呼點到即止.再以開揚景致吸客,豐美甘飴的午餐!
