牛胸爽是哪個部位? 原來係牛隻胸骨中間嘅肉。放咗湯之後一定要留意佢嘅去向, 因為好快就收縮 兼且同個湯底一樣顏色- 奶白色。 食落有啲似軟骨質感不過又充滿油份,甘香,爽口 ,味道都好特別。
