To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

 小編係「譚仔」迷,每個星期都起碼會食一次,😂😂繼上次推出『脆肉鯇木瓜魚湯米線』之後,最近更推出了『泡椒酸菜魚湯米線配脆肉鯇』($42),泡椒酸菜正呀!我自從曾經食過泡椒雞翼,就愛上集酸香辣於一身嘅泡椒~如果你鍾意酸惹味嘅湯底,泡椒酸菜絕對係必試之選!😏😏 「譚仔」泡椒酸菜湯底用上三種辣椒🌶️:泡椒、青剁椒、指天椒,其實泡椒即係用白酒、白醋、鹽、蒜、薑等醃製過嘅辣椒,醃製過嘅辣椒味道酸中帶辣,爽脆惹味,真係辣得幾過癮!😌😌泡椒酸菜湯底辣度最少要由5小辣開始,揀返平時食開嘅辣度,小辣就啱啱好,😏湯底原有少量酸菜,係泡椒嘅完美配搭!💕酸辣層次豐富,叫人口水直流!不過唯一嘅限制係一定要配脆肉鯇,😅(雖然可以再加配其他配料),脆肉鯇無骨,爽脆嫩滑,不過如果唔鍾意泡椒酸菜,其他湯底加$10都可加脆肉鯇做配料。

「譚仔」泡椒酸菜湯底用上三種辣椒🌶️:泡椒、青剁椒、指天椒,

其實泡椒即係用白酒、白醋、鹽、蒜、薑等醃製過嘅辣椒,

醃製過嘅辣椒味道酸中帶辣,爽脆惹味,真係辣得幾過癮!😌😌

泡椒酸菜湯底辣度最少要由5小辣開始,

揀返平時食開嘅辣度,小辣就啱啱好,😏

湯底原有少量酸菜,係泡椒嘅完美配搭!💕

酸辣層次豐富,叫人口水直流!

不過唯一嘅限制係一定要配脆肉鯇,😅

(雖然可以再加配其他配料),

脆肉鯇無骨,爽脆嫩滑,
