To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両係間相對貴既日本餐廳，但係全日最抵食就係午餐啦😆逢星期一至五先有，而且午餐供應時間係去到下午五點半！有時遇上早收工，就趕得切食到水尾既午市定食優惠😆為左想試多2款小食，於是乎點左最平既午餐：🐟豐州魚鮮角切刺身丼定食睇餐牌以為份量細啦，點知比想像中多🤭定食包括麵豉湯、沙律、茶碗蒸，角切刺身丼用正方形飯盒盛著，魚生量都多同新鮮👍🏻 茶碗蒸有驚喜喎，外形普通內裡有一隻蝦及細細粒帆立貝，最緊要蒸蛋滑溜溜👍🏻🌽鐵板牛油粟米粟米令我心軟🤣望餐牌時發現即刻落單😆半條粟米再細開6份，牛油掛面散發焦糖香，甜甜蜜蜜🥰🐔串燒雞腎本身鍾意食雞腎，雞腎比人感覺係Q彈，但係千両做到係軟身得嚟又Q彈👏🏻吾錯丫，唔知點整先做到呢個口感呢😋😋千両係我個人至少3個月至半年先會食一次，今次比對上一次好似係優惠左，所以有驚喜！加上整體表現都好好😊
