To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果你想喺香港體驗正宗嘅德國風味，呢間德國餐廳絕對唔可以錯過。我試過佢哋嘅燒豬腳，真係可以用「香港最好食」嚟形容！ 🏅脆皮燒豬肘配酸椰菜及炸薯角套餐（$325/2人）呢度嘅燒豬腳係必點招牌！店員捧着豬腳原隻上枱，讓我們影相，之後他會起骨，再切成約5大份，所以食起來非常方便。豬腳外層烤到金黃酥脆，每一啖咬落去都有「咔滋咔滋」嘅聲音，脆皮下面係軟嫩嘅豬肉，完美結合咗香口同嫩滑嘅口感。由於豬皮酥脆如餅乾，用刀一切便散，所以我拿着來吃，豪邁滿足。進食時蘸以芥末醬，配埋傳統嘅德國酸菜，帶有微酸嘅爽脆口感，正好平衡咗豬腳嘅濃郁味道。旁邊仲有真正外脆內軟嘅薯角，香草調味非常出色。無論是豬腳還是薯角，都不覺油膩。呢份套餐價錢只需 $325，性價比相當高！套餐除咗有燒豬腳，仲包括以下： - 開胃餐湯：每日新鮮熬製，今日是蒜香薯仔忌廉湯，配埋香軟嘅麵包，暖胃又惹味。 - 沙律：清新爽口，生菜非常新鮮，雞肉亦很嫩滑，最好味是它的醬汁，芝士粒粒醬，少少辣又濃郁。- 咖啡/茶：餐後飲返杯香濃咖啡，為整個餐點畫上完美句號。唔單止食物地道，餐廳嘅裝修亦充滿德國情懷。一入到去就會被木製嘅桌椅吸引，樸實而有
