To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午茶時段,取餐時與水吧講要一包咖啡糖,非常不耐煩叫我去調味櫃取,我轉身將盤食物放在櫃上,怎料比個職員呼喝!她說:呢度係我包外賣,攞開!糖係前面!我問邊度前面?跟住好惡:前面個櫃呀!我答佢:我唔係喺呢度返工,我點知喺邊度!態度咁差對客人!我取糖後捧餐回座位,點知佢在我背後講:神經病!我問佢講乜?佢就繼續大聲鬧!講咗3次“神經病”!其間居然冇經理出來了解事情!大家樂居然可以聘用這樣劣質職員!我以後都不會再幫襯!
