今天約朋友在將軍澳吃晚飯,選擇了在新都城二期商場的「六十年華」。餐廳位於商場地面,面向大街,穿過商場便可達寶琳站,無懼風雨,十分方便。餐廳裝修簇新,光猛開揚,整潔亮麗。餐廳用時下流行的QR CODE 點菜,菜式選擇非常多,我們點了幾款傳統懷舊小菜。不一會,餸菜便由機械人送到,效率非常高。“精選2人套餐”:“明火潮式鹹菜豬肚雞煲”,原煲滾住食,熱焫焫,真滋味。雞肉特別滑,而且入味。豬肚煲得腍,但仍然爽口。湯底也非常惹味。“蒜香蜜味金沙骨”,蒜香味濃郁,肉質半肥瘦,口感不錯。一口咬下,蜜汁溢出。還附送老火例湯 + 絲苗白飯“燒味之作”:腩仔+ 切雞,燒腩仔層次分明,皮脆肉嫩,特別可口;切雞一大隻肥美雞髀,雞肉也新鮮嫩滑。“蒸蒸日上”:豉汁蒸䱽魚,原條䱽魚,蒸得剛好,肉質仍能保持嫩滑,再加上濃香豆豉,一流!翠綠油菜,最後還附送一碟炒菜心。這一餐有魚,有肉,有菜,真是賞心樂事呢!
