To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日千両推出外賣六折優惠，壽司午餐相當抵食！折扣後都是五六十左右，好抵食呀！穴子便當$69（折扣後）這便當都幾豐富，有穴子、炸蝦、可樂餅、沙律等。穴子大大條，魚肉具彈性又柔軟，帶有燒汁風味，甜甜地，好下飯。炸蝦仍然保持脆身口感，炸得夠乾身，唔太油膩，蝦肉鮮美。而可樂餅炸得比較稔身，主要是薯仔味，味道是ok的，再吃一口白飯，好飽足。火炙壽司便當$59（折扣後）這火炙壽司便當相當吸引！有加洲卷、火炙三文魚、火炙赤身、燒鰻魚和火炙甜蝦。火炙三文魚十分肥美，外層熟而內𥚃仍然是生的，令三文魚多一種焦香。赤身火炙後也十分吸引；甜蝦大大件，爽口又鮮甜，啖啖肉。燒鰻魚味道甜香，魚脂豐富了壽司飯的味道。加洲卷內有蟹柳、生菜和牛油果，很清新呀。
