這意大利飯十分creamy,飯粒唔硬有口感,滿有海鮮鮮味。意大利飯加上鮮甜的海膽同墨魚汁,味道豐盈又美味,正呀!唯一缺點是份量偏少。

香腸是羊用腸,細細條,好香口。羊肉腸煎到焦脆多汁,十分惹味,滿口都是羊脂的芳香和羊肉的精粹,好味呀!羊扒烤到半熟,肉質嫩滑又帶脂香,完全沒有半點羶味,不用點任何醬汁,吃其原味,味道已經十分不錯。加上配菜有酸酸地的蕃茄同意大利小米,感覺清爽,平衡了這道菜的濃口味道,實在唔錯!



Macaron是送的,餠皮很脆很薄,夾住滑滑的芒果cream, 酸酸甜甜,好好食呀!
