今晚約咗朋友去蘭桂坊飲嘢,飲嘢之前梗要醫醫肚子先,沿蘭桂坊行上去,路旁見到有間串燒店,從個大玻璃窗可清楚睇到師傅正忙着做串燒,我又被吸引到走入去試試呢間嘅串燒先。 原來呢間不只有串燒,重有飯類、沙律和其他小食選擇。白鱔 $68/串呢串白鱔咬落去啖啖肉,而且外皮烤到金黃酥脆,裡面又夠嫩滑。豬頸肉 $25 /串燒烤後嘅豬頸肉,外皮烤到微微焦香,散髮出誘人嘅焦香味,裡面肉質重keep到鮮嫩多汁。雞中翼 $22 /串雞中翼烤到外皮好脆口,又保持到肉汁鮮嫩,配埋泰式海鮮醬,更增添咗點點泰式風味。菠蘿 $22 /串燒烤後嘅菠蘿微微焦黃,一口落去啲菠蘿汁標晒出嚟,夠晒香甜多汁。白豬肉腸 $26 /串白豬肉腸烤到外皮焦香,又能keep到肉腸嘅鮮嫩,口感重富有彈性。雞肉 $18 /串烤到剛剛好,又唔柴口,保持到外脆內嫩,令人垂涎三尺。泰式去骨海南雞飯$69 呢個海南雞飯確實有驚喜,啲雞肉夠晒滑溜,再配埋香濃嘅黃油飯,重加送一杯飲品,呢個價錢,絕對物超所值。
