想食和牛壽喜燒,已經有10年歷史的 Hana 華小料理屋不失為一性格比高嘅選擇。華小料理屋 是香港少有的關西風壽喜燒專門店。先煎香牛肉,再灑上壽喜燒汁調味,更有店員在旁邊全程代勞,正是我最喜歡的吃法!配合上乘和牛,價錢合理,理想之最!我們刻意挑選A3及A5和牛比拼,看外表的雪花,後者無疑取勝,但煮熟了之口感分別不大,可省$100的A3變得更可取。壽喜燒A5和牛 每位$688A3和牛 每位$588前菜精品盛壽喜燒鍋野菜拼盤烏冬甜品   前菜精品盛海鮮豆腐、鮑魚、漬物三文魚最欣賞鮑魚,因為配以飽魚肝醬,倍添豐腴及鮑魚濃郁的香味。 上乘日本國產和牛,可見油脂分佈平均。整個處理過程也非常流暢,關西風的吃法就是一菜一肉輪流吃。因此,我們的壽喜燒餐由洋蔥開始, 先以牛脂肪起鑊以甜甜的壽喜燒汁煮洋蔥,中的霸氣幾乎全失只留下香甜。 繼而是A3和牛,西冷位置,大片薄切,煎至七成熟更加嫩滑。入口脂香及肉香併發,確實滋味。香嫩的和牛沾上蛋汁,肉質更滑嫩惹味。接下來煮魔芋絲及冬菇然後是燒豆腐及金菇, 再配另一片 A3。 輪到大蔥、高麗菜,每款都煮得口感恰到好處。配 A5 和牛。最後將烏冬放下去同炒,沾上和牛
