To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其他都仲可以,可以比80分,但係午餐$800那個海膽杯真係好難食。礙於師父的面子,勉強食晒成碗落去。其實我都知道一分錢一分貨,當然你唔可以同花盃啊,田舍家,或是竹去比較⋯但係個海膽杯真係好難食…師傅嘅態度其實好好嘅,我去食嘅時候佢都盡量有同客人溝通。不過我覺得時間真係好緊迫,有啲令人唞唔到氣嘅感覺…不過一分錢一分貨,唔好要求咁多。本人而言試過一次就算。*多謝11月11號光棍節中午嘅師傅,真係睇得出佢有心嘅。只係個海膽杯真係好難食😂
