To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說尋日我Tony經開九龍城去好東X 買野之後 肚餓 於是問下店主附近有冇好食魚旦粉面？對方就介紹我哋去呢間試吓 咁我就滿必歡喜去試吓啦！去到現場見到有5個人排隊心諗唔通真係好好食人人食？等了十分鐘到我地，入去緊係叫魚旦啦⋯⋯5分鐘唔洗就奉上魚旦粉、浄魚旦同奶茶⋯⋯魚旦食落口其實唔係食開果種潮式魚旦佢有啲似越南果款魚旦⋯⋯飲啖湯⋯唔⋯都係潮式果d魚旦比較合我Tony口味！你哋自己去試吓再分享下食評吧，埋單2碗兩drink $118！
