To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末半天工作，約了老友帶我逛鴨寮街買電話卡準備外遊，完成任務梗係要做東請老友去吃就近的深水埗名店慰勞一番。老友老實更不客氣的說只需要吃車仔麵......哈...哈當然無問題啦！一於帶他去我已幫襯多次位於基隆街的「聚來車仔麵」。能吸引我多次幫襯定必有因：1,落筆下單具心思夠環保，用抹得甩的油筆在膠餐牌選餐，不用浪費大量紙張; 2,雖然未與店員混熟，但顧客完全感受到店舖是家庭式的分工並熱情的關顧招待。我選了三餸車仔麵套餐：牛筋、牛腩加生菜配粗麵; 老友要煎豬扒配兩餸麵套餐：豬肚、冬菰配幼麵，各選熱飲。我推介老友要必吃爆漿阿華田西多為飯後甜品。朋友除了可互相幫助更可一起分享食物。
