To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣一條街可以有四五間手調飲品店,可見競爭真係非常激烈,試過唔同店之媭就會發覺各有特色,有台式、港式、日式,最緊要係岩自己口味,有啲店既賣點在珍珠,連珍珠都有上十種選擇今次飲丸作食茶既手調飲品,就係珍珠上有好多選擇,其實間間店既餐牌都差無幾,但店員有心機介紹每類飲品既分別,呢度真係做得幾好,至少我知道邊類奶味較濃,邊類係用奶精,邊啲就茶味較出最後我就揀左black tea latte配黑芝麻珍珠,珍珠好多選擇,有較清,有較濃,黑芝麻同black tea latte 好襯,落單時店員溫馨提示呢隻本身偏甜,所以甜度可要較淡的珍珠有質感,不會好似膠珠
