To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 羽衣甘藍大哈漢堡48元，好新鮮的veggie burgers，個素蝦質感真是好像真蝦，也有點魚蛋的感覺。其實唔講真是分不岀是素漢堡，真心覺得廚師好叻。另外包的質地味道都是一流，唔係普通既麵包，甜甜地，而且好彈口，令人難忘。飲品選了藍蝴蝶豆花茶，店員說能安神改善睡眠，見到杯茶由藍色，店員加兩滴檸檬汁之後變紫色，真是好靚。味道淡淡的，不是濃茶但又不能形容，因為是好特別的味道。清清地，很好呢。好欣賞呢間小店，好有人情味，吃素不只養身，也能養心。
