To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去有內地特式菜館食飯，食返內地特式菜。炒鵝腸。鵝腸彈牙爽口，絕對唔係雞腸/雜腸，中間地方也清潔得挺乾淨，下面配有大量芽菜。上菜時心想為何沒有辣椒鼓油，原來已經充足調節好醬汁，好滋味好正。串燒蒜蓉蝦。個醬汁又係調節得好好，咸度足蒜度足，配上啤酒十分配搭。4隻蝦既分量只預算一個人食吧。椰子雞煲。內地火熱椰子雞煲。不是內地那種鮮雞鮮椰子，和我們想像的有些出入，湯不太能直接飲用，只適合作打邊爐用。椰子的確很香，雞也不算鞋，用來配啤酒聊聊天還是可以的。

椰子雞煲。內地火熱椰子雞煲。不是內地那種鮮雞鮮椰子，和我們想像的有些出入，湯不太能直接飲用，只適合作打邊爐用。椰子的確很香，雞也不算鞋，用來配啤酒聊聊天還是可以的。
