栗子蛋糕----首先一看栗蓉做的cream,色澤淡淡而鬆軟表示很新鮮應該放咗入餅櫃唔多過1-2天。跟着內層不單是cream跟蛋糕還有朱古力心的棉花糖,很有心思。蛋糕底層是...脆餅底+朱古力+蛋糕+朱古力+蛋糕+朱古力+脆餅底,好似好複雜但幾有層次感!Mille Feuille---層數很多,所以一定鬆化,做得很好是面層因薄薄掃了一層應該是蜜牙糖,再灑少少nuts然後再焗,口感比一般千層酥好好多!
