如果講呢度係旅遊區 真係好快整走遊客 價錢真係同事實質素不符 仲要餐牌冇價錢 呢個講真都幾恐怖 難道係食完理單俾錢先知? 真係打個突 食物質素唔在講 最少都起碼食左幾多錢 對客人黎講先會安心 今時今日咁做生意係唔係要與時俱進?再講 點解炒飯會係「凍」 廚房既師傅難得炒飯唔係即場炒即做? 好食既炒飯點會冇鑊氣? 呢啲基本野係做廚師基度功 原來成百蚊炒飯係午市過左氣既炒飯 晚市仲熱熱地就拎俾客食? 做生意都要有道德 咁樣真係唔怕食壞人架咩? 酥炸生蠔 - 完全似食舊炸粉 生蠔冇味 炸得又冧冧地 因為搞「張」果下 生蠔出水搞到個酥變冧 都唔知點解形容 到最後要剝哂啲酥皮直接食蠔
