To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇左呢個牛油果雞肉義大利飯,就係遺忘左你地餐廳的初心TwT,所以千期唔好將呢道美食移除。當我睇到呢個餐牌的時候,一野就見到呢個牛油果雞肉義大利飯,,一聽果名就知吸引,價錢合理,真係諗都唔諗就叫左黎食。一黎到就比佢的鮮艷的顏色吸引,再加上係飯上的小剃雞肉碎同好多雞皮,特別係佢果個充分的湯汁。好似你呢盤咁出色嘅義大利飯,無論嚮咩分店,都好似漆黑中嘅螢火蟲一樣,咁鮮明,咁出眾!你飽滿的雞肉碎,充分的湯汁,神乎奇技嘅烹飪方法,同埋嗰杯熱朱古力。當食左第一口的時候,從來沒有試過這麼清新脫俗的感覺,牛油果的鮮香味,香菇的甜,混在一起的味道,竟然比「黑松露蘑菇義大利飯」有過之而不及,正如比我的初戀更加詩情畫意,所謂舉頭望明月,低頭思故鄉,好詩!好詩啊!Itamama 多謝令到我認識呢道人間極品,真係一試難忘,回味無窮,比給了我一個新的人生。
