大叻係…抵食夾好味有一種揀餐廳既指標叫「等位」,呢到食 Lunch,十二點一已經要等位架啦,要食就要早少少啦未埋到餐廳,就已經聞到炭燒既香味。呢間餐廳,係食越南野既,但我都唔知越南係唔係鍾意BBQ 既。但呢到既炭燒雞扒,炭燒豬扒就真係呢…冇得彈。根本做唔切,要用炭黎燒,邊快得架,有冇試過BBQ架,啲炭白晒就要換炭架啦,我真係唔明,快快手,用石油氣,煎完就上碟,快靚正,食得飽飽就返工返學返寫字樓啦。但係就係差咗個香字,城市人少聞燒炭味,我自己就覺得好正啦。另外,雞扒係多汁既,唔知係唔係咩鎖住啲肉汁之類啦,應該都係架啦,炭爐溫度高,直接燒落塊扒到,我諗應該係,除非唔係啦。除咗肉嫩汁多,佢仲有燒汁,自己因自己口味加埋啦,就超野味啦。
