To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹超人氣鮨文,由於超多人book,在大約兩個禮拜前已經book lunch Omakas,好期待去試食👀去到店嗰陣時大約1点25分,我哋book咗1点30分,由於上一台客人還未離開,我哋唯有在門外等咗一陣🙄入到店內,其實係好細得兩張枱,睇咗個menu有幾種唔同嘅價錢,由$398-1388,分別叫咗4個$628及兩個$408,主要分別係15件同10件寿司,套歺包括茶壺蒸,手捲,魚湯及甜品。第一樣上枱嘅茶壺蒸,熱辣辣鹹度剛剛好,蛋超級嫩滑,食落去比我去日本食茶壺蒸更加好味,抵讚👍廚師每整1件壽司都会解釋依件壽司嘅入面食材及加入啲乜嘢配料,重教埋我哋點樣食壽司先食到佢個鮮味,可惜多都唔記得咗🙄下次再去食時真係要帶埋個錄音機先🤭🤭🤭所以唯有介紹比較深刻及特別的壽司。👆海膽用一個紫菜包圍住,廚師放咗極多嘅海膽,見到成個壽司好飽滿,本人一般都好怕食海膽,国為怕一大陣惺味,點知呢個食落去一啲都唔惺,口腔充滿鮮味,真係冇得顶👍👍👍鱈魚壽司廚師加入袖子,少量海盐,食落有淡淡嘅柚子味,清新😋蝦非常新鮮比出面其他嘅高檔嘅酒店還要好食👍/@以上幾款壽司包括赤貝,炭燒池魚,中拖羅,時不知等等有啲名稱聽都未

第一樣上枱嘅茶壺蒸,熱辣辣鹹度剛剛好,蛋超級嫩滑,食落去比我去日本食茶壺蒸更加好味,抵讚👍

👆依個真係不得不提係三文魚子壽司,每一粒嘅魚仔都好精瑩,D三文魚子在口中爆破個感覺好特別,又係一啲惺味都冇,就知道佢食材有幾新鮮👍👍👍

最後送到嘅熱湯,原來呢個湯師傅介紹系用好多唔同種類嘅魚,淆成啲湯充滿骨膠原,食落去係個口有少少黏黏地好有魚香味,真係好好飲,perfect😋😋😋

最後個甜品係梅酒啫喱加朱古力泡芙,梅酒啫喱第一次食感覺都幾特別,唔錯唔錯
,總括嚟講第一次食廚師發板,真係沒有令人失望。同埋個廚師係每一樣食材都解釋得好清楚,魚肉係魚嘅邊個部位,怎樣食法,才会增添味蕾,雖然食材唔覺得係最頂級,但本人已經覺得好滿意,最後值得一讚serve我哋個廚師好好人令到我哋享受一餐愉快嘅午餐😍值得推薦。
