To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 閒日下午,一行4人,同行友人有會員優惠,決定到這店食埋啲couple。點了一個2人餐,再加生菜肉碎包,柚子沙律,couple 送的串燒。套餐內有兩碗胡椒豬肚湯,二杯飲品,我們二人要湯二人要了青檸soda. 我飲了湯已經半飽,因為好足料,豬肚好食。個湯我喜歡,但不似泰菜,二人套餐內的湯,牛仔骨,咖喱海鮮,都似去酒樓或茶餐廳食小菜套餐的感覺。係小食有件蝦餅,米紙卷有啲越南菜泰菜feel, 只是feel, 不是味。柚子沙律,打拋豬,串燒,都係好港式味道。打拋豬都幾辣,但冇嘜泰國香料同調味,就是港味加辣。但食物擺盤和味道,材料質素,其實是可以的。只是要有心理準備不會是九龍城泰國人煮泰國菜的味道。餐廳職員對會員coupon 和積分換嘢都不太熟悉,得一兩個識用個app,次次都要揾攪好耐。總結:有會員性價比覺高,冇就一般。環境舒服,乾淨,有服務。諗唔到食咩可以食下。
