To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有幾次在對面餃子食後都見到這餐廳排長龍。有親友從外地回來又訂枱試試，只可說一試無妨。炸子雞，雞肉不夠入味。焗魚腸，碟底水汪汪。什菜煲，成條菜沒有分段。最失望是蒸鱔，幾片鱔片，下面全是豆卜。收得這個價錢，不用上大陸，香港還有很多選擇。所以，一次貨仔算了。我還是在對面吃餃子好吧。

焗魚腸，碟底水汪汪。
什菜煲，成條菜沒有分段。
最失望是蒸鱔，幾片鱔片，下面全是豆卜。
收得這個價錢，不用上大陸，香港還有很多選擇。所以，一次貨仔算了。我還是在對面吃餃子好吧。
