To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇緣食爽腩崩沙腩

山長水遠去到八寶，為左品嘗一下爽腩麵同崩沙腩麵。去到一點倒，門口有兩三個人排緊，等左十幾分鐘就入得。點左爽腩麵同崩沙腩麵，點知只係一點幾，就話咩都冇了，得返牛腩，冇辦法啦，就叫左個牛腩麵同牛脷麵。個湯底有清甜既當歸味，因為我都食開當歸，所以好岩我。不過佢個麵有白蘿蔔，唔係話白蘿蔔解中藥？咁咪解左個當歸？有冇識既可以解答下。牛腩味濃香又厚，食完感覺都仲想食。試左個牛脷麵，牛脷淋得黎一D腥味都冇，平時麻麻牛脷既我都覺得好味。問過店員佢話四點幾會再出多轉牛腩，唯有下次去開就再碰碰運氣啦！
