To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在一次黎到迎東村意樂餐廳享用晚餐🥣 ,貪佢性價比高價錢親民,仲有得加配香口小食。龍蝦海鮮湯珍珠飯(HKD 61): 海鮮有數款,毫不吝嗇有帶子、青口、蝦🦐、蜆,魷魚圈,樣樣都洗得乾淨,食湯飯最緊要係個湯頭,龍蝦就未必有,但係有好多芫荽,同香菇提升味道,湯頭香濃,加埋胡椒粉落去,味道偏辣熱鮮,珍珠米好有咬口。安格斯牛柳粒炒珍珠飯(HKD 64):炒飯有鑊氣,珍珠米粒粒分明,配上香甜粟米🌽粒、牛味濃郁安格斯牛柳,加上適量香蔥香菇吊味,整體熱辣辣得黎又有燒汁味,甜甜地咁幾好味。水牛城辣汁雞翼(加配HKD 18 / 四件):雞翼炸得非常香脆,幾乎連軟骨都可食埋,我估係用氣炸鍋炸雞翼,咁樣冇咁多油份,雞表皮收干水得黎又吾會太干,保持肉汁鎖緊水份,辣汁鋪喺面,比較似蒜香味多點,但食吾停口。總結:性價比高西餐廳🍴會再來
