To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食過牛角,一兩日前都好彩預約到位晤使玲飛排隊(旺角當日滿booking)book左下午4點食去到現場其實無人排隊不如都晤少人食緊野.今次食左牛角lv3,主要係想要溫泉蛋做醬沾肉食,同埋想食多幾款牛肉一上菜頭盤淨係要左牛肉,牛肩肉明顯無解凍,牛舌就正常,不過都預左係呢個情況.轉左手機qr code落單,個ui難用左,手機screen 細d感覺晤夠以前tablet咁好用,不過就衛生d.食物部分牛肉正常質素,lv3肉有肉汁,不過口感一般,反而lv2 雞爽肉頸部同熊本豬腩肉係最好食,雞爽肉encore左好多次,口感味道都好得,真係爽口,肉味夠特出,燒完加埋少少焦香配上蛋汁又又另外一種層次甜品部分今次d雪糕好難食,好似變質壞左咁,食左一啖就stop左,轉左食雪米糍整體上菜都快,肉類品質同之前一樣,但係甜品晤收貨
