To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間貓之眼 我幾年前已經開始有幫襯佢嗰時都未有咁多人食 唔係好洗排隊不過今年年頭我再去嘅時候 雖然排咗一個鐘隊 不過值得嘅今次趁平日放假.. 11:30就去左.. 因為唔想再等咁耐今次食忌廉雞肉加燴牛肉汁蛋包飯我勁鍾意佢嗰隻蛋呀 日本蛋 勁有蛋香同埋好滑講吓佢個忌廉雞肉先！ 雞肉好滑，有3舊佢個汁我覺得有啲偏淡既.. 不過我鍾意佢有d菜可以balance番另外燴牛肉汁.. 個味好濃.. 可能因為咁所以我覺得忌廉雞個汁係淡同埋佢有好多牛肉比左我呢間餐廳都食過幾次員工亦都好有禮貌下次再去應該會食個漢堡扒，好似好正咁
