To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係第三次食地獄拉麵，點解再去呢，因為係其他拉麵店都食唔到咁有層次既地獄麵，頭兩次去食地獄因為軟弱無飲湯，一直耿耿於懷，所以今次再去食，決心飲曬湯， fb影張相留個紀念。兩兄弟嗌左$388二人餐，地獄拉麵每個再加廿蚊，小食嗌左雞翼軟骨，薯餅，餃子，天婦羅蝦+兩罐可樂。拉麵一如既往彈牙好食，湯底夠辣，但又唔會蓋過味噌豬骨味，真係好有層次，蛋荀出色，美中不足既係豚肉可以再做好d，有d位有點鞋，自家小食十分出色，必食。今日主要目的係飲哂d湯，地獄湯唔算非常辣，但真係好大碗湯，原本想軟弱，但唔想浪費咁有層次既湯，兩兄弟最終都飲晒湯，影張相，完夢！埋單加一$470左右，家庭經營，用心制作，值得的！估唔到飲哂湯仲有券比你挑戰大霹靂拉麵，以為取消左，等到狀態fit d再挑戰！
