To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年過後，終於可以到中式餐廳輕鬆用餐，人流不算太多。星期一至五有特價茶式，今晚星期二點了片皮鴨。雖然是特價茶式，但分量絕不馬虎，師父刀功不錯，外皮和肉比例合適。炒蟹配粘米粉，配搭上出奇地好，蟹肉肉質鮮嫩，非常入味。也點了這裹的得獎作品，蟹肉豆腐，非常好吃。上湯浸豆苗，豆苗質素非常高，味道清新。最後來一客甜品，陳皮紅豆沙，陳皮味非常濃郁。價錢上十分經濟實惠，人均大約$200內，加上環境十分舒適，地理位置十分方便， 10分推薦大家去吃晚飯
