To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再去竟然有全新菜式仲要道道都好高質好好食先黎一道椒鹽鮑魚係外面都無見到呢道菜，所以一上枱已經哇聲四起，望落好吸睛！！一食仲驚喜，無諗過炸鮑魚係咁軟綿，又咁香口大推啊再黎就係鎮江骨本來諗住椒鹽鮑魚已經係亮點、高水準，後面既菜唔會再咁驚艷，點知一放入口，又一道大推既菜！唔講個調味有幾正，個脆皮簡直係世一，又薄又掛汁，超級驚喜～最後仲有個芝士龍蝦伊面呢到啲海鮮係高質，道道都好彈牙新鮮，呢啲無得呃，一食個種彈牙係整唔黎，再加埋個芝士汁底，第一round已經分曬整體大推，勝在料新鮮，調味好，食物又特別，唔係周圍都食到，記得買海鮮去加工啊！推
