To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天跟男友來這家吃茶餐，我們兩人叫了一碗越南牛丸何，加炸蝦餅，一杯鹹檸水。越南牛丸河份量一般，兩人分不太夠，但我們都喜歡湯底，很像河內吃的越南河味道。牛丸也十分彈牙，夠味。最欣賞的是在座位旁有不同的調味醬，辣醬是一定要試，另外還有青酸辣醬，但我還是覺得紅辣醬比較好吃。炸蝦餅因為是加的，有半份，趁熱吃非常好味。服務員還給了泰式辣醬我們，好吃好吃。鹹檸水也十分夠味。我覺得這家小店的食物十分驚喜，出奇地好味。
