之前試過時代廣場<鴨大哥>,覺得好好食,所以再encore 太古坊新開分店。果然!一有期待就有落差🤣~北京填鴨🦆$508(1隻)/黑土豬叉燒$228:沒有上次喺時代廣場試時嗰種驚艷💥,但仍屬正常之上。值得讚喺北京填鴨餅皮熱辣辣送上,略嫌其他配料太少,鴨皮不夠香脆;至於叉燒,調味過重,慶幸肉質仍保持軟腍多汁😌麥香黃金蝦🦐$208(6隻):鹹蛋黃醬包滿了大蝦及粟米脆片,蝦外脆內裡柔韌彈牙,配埋鹹蛋黃醬汁,鹹香得嚟啖啖脆口,好食!(建議食一隻就夠,唔係會好溜😂)!原味炒鴨崧$188:生菜放上鑊氣十足的鴨崧及脆米粉,生菜中和咗鴨崧的濃味,加上香脆的米粉,令口感豐富多層次🌟🌟荔枝山楂咕嚕肉:酸甜適中,好開胃,啖啖肉,食時完全感受到外脆內軟Juicy,配白飯之選👍🏻其餘小菜就冇咩特別~所以不一一評價🙂
