To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再試水煮鴨血米線(特辣)

今日無出街，就去左運頭塘譚仔三哥買外賣，想試下新推出既水煮湯底。去到見到好多人都點左新推出既水煮鴨血米線，好像十分歡迎。今日好多等外賣等左成40分鐘。之後出左我之後既單，原來漏單了，不過服務員都好有禮貌既。原來水煮湯底現在只能點水煮湯鴨血米線，自選米線還未可以，所以就點了水煮湯鴨血米線(特辣) 加魚腐，再加了一碗過橋米線清湯。麻辣皮蛋加鹹檸梳打。兩碗都轉了薯粉 共 $118。水煮湯鴨血薯粉，今次可以慢慢品嚐，鴨血是我最愛。再試一次水煮湯底，覺得比麻辣湯底大辣無咁辣，愛吃辣可以點特辣挑戰一下。過橋米線，大大碗咩都有唔洗傷腦筋，好抵食。皮蛋麻辣汁，好好食又開胃。
