To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年一次腸胃炎又黎探我啦，見好返啲，叫老公買外賣返黎比我食，今日突然好想食譚仔，食過米線應該唔過份卦？今日食酸辣雞肉米線，未試過食譚仔外賣，起初仲擔心啲米線會索晒湯發漲林晒，原來譚仔好貼心，將米線同湯分開。酸辣只有少少辣，反而酸味重。酸酸地可以醒精開胃，辣味唔多對我黎講都係好事，因為辣可能會刺激個胃呢。配料方面除左我至愛既腐皮之外，仲有我欣賞既芽菜，芽菜唔係煮到林晒架，仲係硬硬地，咬落仲索索聲，好爽口！有時食米線可能主菜都無配料咁正！雞肉既肉質好滑，無乜雪/冰鮮味，不過量比較少，話晒都一個餸呀，比多幾舊都得啦！所以感覺上食丸類比較著數，丸類都有5大粒！
