舊年嚟食過大漁屋台已經很難忘, 難忘日本旅行的滋味,因為呢間選食材係好新鮮呢!廚師好有心機製作,侍應生又熱情招呼,所以今日再嚟再嚟食大漁🐟 環境依舊冇變,好有日本feel🏮侍應生笑容滿面😁至於廚師手勢👍當然一絕冇失手勢啦👍我哋都係食二人晚餐👩👨因為唔使諗咁多呀嘛,個晚餐都好豐富呢👍👍有9樣食物,長長久久呀嘛。我諗係掛!哈哈😂😂前菜:漬物三點,蒜蓉好香脆口㗎!仲有凍豆腐添。沙律:松葉蟹鉗野菜沙律,蟹鉗都幾肥美,再配埋魚子卜卜聲,食落口好鮮好爽口。刺身:有三文魚 油甘魚 八爪魚和甜蝦各2件卷物:海膽香蔥拖羅蓉卷四件蒸物:黑松露茶碗蒸 燒物:串燒牛肩胛肉 著物:清酒煮蜆 食事:沖繩豬軟骨湯烏冬 甜品:雪糕刺身勝在夠鮮味就係掛住呢仲味到喇海膽拖囉我的至愛啊!鮮味到呢! 串燒牛肩肉 肉質淋和夠牛鮮味大大粒的蜆肉再飲埋湯讓味蕾有少少微辣好合配本人覺得加少少七味粉配豬軟骨好夾呢我哋將佢變成鴛鴦雪糕每人都食到豆腐味綠茶味
