To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這日飯前與友人一時興起到了Ritz Carlton 內的Ozone來個happy hour。Ozone是全世界最高的酒吧，位於118／F，可能夠高，身處這裡感覺好像在山上般，較處於陸地時涼快點。我們選擇了坐到室外的位置，可同時欣賞到美麗的香港維港。我要了杯rossini而友人要了bellini。這些水果香檳雞尾酒最合這時的天氣和我們的心情。另外再點了一份炸魷魚圈做小食。喜歡這個rossini，甜甜的草莓香，喝來輕新涼快。炸魷魚圈炸得表皮脆、裡面濕潤，又不油膩，好吃。就這樣我們過了一個寫意的下午！
