To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 半島酒店嘉麟樓的奶黃月餅多有名大家都應知道,不過飲茶我又真係未試過喎!跟好友們約生日聚會,壽星正選了米芝蓮一星餐廳嘉麟樓! 首訪嘉麟樓給我想像以外的美好感覺,典雅的裝潢、親切到位的服務,也令我留下超良好的印象! 是日要留肚吃生日蛋糕!所以只點來了數款點心分享,總括出品穩紮穩打沒投訴! 叉燒酥$96熱烘烘香脆可口的酥皮吃下一點也不油膩,內裡的叉燒餡香甜恰好! 我選了飲茶必吃的蝦餃$88,圓潤的造型反映了餡料的豐盈度,澄皮不黏牙但不算透薄,餡料內的蝦肉很爽脆,調味也恰到好處! 這天最得我心是這芋角$104,粉淋的荔芋香氣非凡,餡料是鮑魚及雞肉配合起來天衣無縫,外酥內香誘人非常! 我們更點上兩款腸粉來品嚐,鬈毛豬叉燒腸粉和帶子腸粉$118,腸粉不算滑不溜口,可惜足料又鮮味的帶子挽回不少分數! 而鬈毛豬叉燒腸粉$98看到已知有多足料,滿滿的鬈毛豬叉燒正是快樂泉源,添上香甜豉油吃增加滋味。 素聞半島的鮮果忌廉蛋糕非常出色,一試下果然可口美味,揀手生果新鮮非常,甜度亦我是喜歡的,而且蛋糕濕度也完美,要好好記著這反樸歸真的口味!
