最近受疫情影響較少外出,今日出來將軍澳南海邊長堤吹吹風,散吓步,食晚飯。家人提議去The Point,餐廳最近做八折優惠,這餐廳環境裝璜很舒適,而每枱之間距離夠寛敞。在這非常時期,食得放心。菠蘿梳打淡淡菠蘿汁加梳打水,餐前一杯清香果汁南瓜湯南瓜湯濃,顔色亮麗又香滑,加少許黑椒碎,甜而不膩。棒棒雞翼雞翼用咗香草辣椒粉醃得入味,炸得好香脆,配蜜糖燒烤醬夠滋味。紅酒燴和牛勒肉配蜆殻粉紅酒燴和牛,肉質嫩滑兼肉味濃郁,配蜆殻粉煙煙韌韌,味道唔錯。紅酒燴羊膝羊膝味道較淡,但肉質夠淋滑,拌有薯蓉、茄子、車厘茄,份量十足。香蕉棉花糖簿餅餠底焗得香脆,上面鋪上香蕉、棉花糖、香脆杏仁加朱古力醬,還有一球雪糕,真好味,本人很喜歡這個甜品。
