考完試就係要出黎見朋友,呢日約係銅鑼灣食西餐,餐廳間左房有四五張檯左右,午餐時段全間房滿座,所以都唔係咁方便影🙈不過人多之下冷氣就唔係好夠🤭有普通餐牌或者Promotion Menu,我地揀左前者☺️首先送上兩款包,一款係南瓜杞子包,另一款好似係蒜蓉包,呢個唔肯定有無聽錯因為食落無咩蒜蓉味,個人鍾意前者多啲,配有偏甜既蜜糖同埋另一種秘制帶鹹既醬,自己鍾意咩都唔點原汁原味多啲😳▪️ 日本頂級鮑魚伴清酒汁(7/10)💲138鮑魚採用左日式既做法,入口彈牙富有嚼勁,但係又唔會話過韌,配有微鹹既漬物醬汁,伴碟有蘿蔔🙃▪️ 肉醬意粉配溫泉蛋(7.5/10)💲128本身寫住係有芝士,不過朋友唔食就要求走芝士🤣個番茄肉醬微酸,配上一隻真係有流心蛋黃既溫泉蛋🥚而意粉會偏向幼身似天使麵咁,係一坨咁黏性比較高🍝因為個意粉本身都有蘸上少少番茄汁,所以係夠味既,整體感覺都幾開胃🍅▪️ 烤油封美國頂級安格斯西冷扒配牛仔肉醬汁(6.5/10)💲398厚身既西冷扒擺盤精緻,烤到個面同底都帶點微脆,肉色幾粉嫩,不過略嫌有點兒韌,配甜甜地既粟米汁、蘑菇、蘆荀▪️ 招牌提拉米蘇配咖啡啫喱伴杏仁脆脆(7/10)💲68面頭有灑上少量可

面頭有灑上少量可可粉既棉花糖,同埋杏仁脆脆碎粒,增加唔少口感🤓不過個人會想要多可可粉、少棉花糖,始終前者係夾啲,呢個採用左咖啡啫喱,咖啡味係有既但就唔會好似平時咁濃☕️特別勝在多Mascarpone Cheese夠滑身creamy
