To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家11人去喜滿樓做冬食了$ 3000懷舊宴，九餸一湯，包括杏汁豬肺湯、黃金鮑魚、蜜汁鱔球、梅子荔芋鴨。杏汁豬肺湯，店員打開湯蓋，傳來濃烈杏仁味道，入口那種杏汁味勁濃滑。蜜汁鱔球甜甜的蜜汁，配上香脆的鱔球，厚厚的鱔肉已起骨，好惹味。梅子荔芋鴨好耐以前去其它餐廳食過一次，但是今次呢個餐廳明顯優勝。錦鹵雲吞雲吞炸到脆卜卜，香脆可口 ，錦鹵汁用料十足，有豬潤、叉燒、蝦仁、魷魚、菠蘿等。黃金鮑魚更加好意頭應節，惹味鹹蛋醬包住每隻南非鮑魚，惹味香口，阿爸阿媽都話好味。食完呢餐，已訂埋團年飯再嚟食過。
