打邊爐就一定要有牛肉,就好似啤酒一定要冰凍咁一樣。五條友 ,山長水遠去莫先生嘅檔口,就係為咗佢嘅主力牛肉。牛雜鍋係湯底,牛雜份量唔太多,味道又幾好咁,少少牛騷味剛剛好,尤其牛腸,甘香肥美,咬落牛香充塞成個口腔,罪過罪過!第一碟係三拼牛,肉眼邊,牛腩心肉,頸脊肉以上三種。肉眼邊,頸脊肉非常出色,牛味濃夠肉味,肯定係上品。而牛腩心肉唔係唔好,不過唔太識得欣賞。樓下三牛寫真:就係咁,因為份量真係唔多,三拼牛每一部位人均可以食1.5件左右。一碟就話咁快就食完,頸脊好多地方有得食,牛腩心肉又唔太啱自己,所以叫多碟肉眼邊。再叫多碟金錢牛𦟌,擺盤擺到一朵美麗嘅花型,睇落係新鮮唔係冰鮮貨,食落亦非常之好,係切得比較細塊。埋單二仟左右,總結味道唔錯,不過價錢有點辣。
