To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚好似話係2022至凍嘅一日然後新界再低一兩度❄️其實凍冰冰嘅天氣唔一定打邊爐我覺得食下辣野都好爽🔥聯和墟呢間越南野有左好多年了最近搬左過隔離，餐牌好似都改左少少多左啲套餐，感覺良好如果喺呢頭蒲開應該都知唔知點解聯和墟係特別多東南亞嘢講真係各有各風味，好難話邊間正啲但講到冬陰公，我覺得呢間係至啱我胃口佢辣得黎酸，酸得黎有香料嘅香味勁balance！真係欲罷不能一啖又一啖呢個係聖子冬陰公粉絲煲啲聖子乾淨冇沙，份量多到爆有其他配料，雜菇之類啲粉絲索埋啲湯真係好味到暈食完暖笠笠，冬天食正夏天食過癮👍同埋佢哋嘅燒豬頸肉又係好出名每次黎都必食今日搞搞新意思唔食撈檬改左做撈公仔麵🤣都幾特別佢個魚露啲辣勁係慢慢出嚟越食越開胃😋串燒雞豬牛，各$15一串調左味嘅肉串，都幾好個人覺得豬最香點埋佢個自家製花生沙嗲醬就一流！食下菜平衡下，必叫馬拉盞炒京椰菜菜底可以揀其他又係好惹味，鑊氣不俗！最後一定要讚下佢哋個水吧杯奶茶又香又滑，出面而難飲到了整體嚟講呢間真係ok㗎！有下次！
