荃灣一向多野食就大家都知,但荃新天地呢個位就相對少啲選擇,最近呢度開左個《一門町市場》,內裡有唔同地方嘅小食或者餐廳,今日就揀左呢間 Craps Table 試下。我地喺menu上面揀左2個套餐:餐湯:椰菜花湯打得十分幼滑,入口唔會有草青味。主食:慢煮黑松露野雞卷意大利飯意大利飯煮得夠入味,碟上會唔會有多餘嘅汁同時亦唔會太硬。雞卷軟綿綿容易入口,而且每件都帶有黑松露嘅香味。主食:琵琶蝦 • 冬強功意大利粉入餐廳前已經對呢個有興趣,但職員就話來貨原因,今日轉左做虎蝦,唔緊要啦,都可以試一試。先講講個虎蝦,入口煎得夠火候,十分香口。而意粉嘅冬陰功汁很清新,唔會太酸亦唔會太辣,配意粉食好開胃。

入餐廳前已經對呢個有興趣,但職員就話來貨原因,今日轉左做虎蝦,唔緊要啦,都可以試一試。
先講講個虎蝦,入口煎得夠火候,十分香口。而意粉嘅冬陰功汁很清新,唔會太酸亦唔會太辣,配意粉食好開胃。
