To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬陰功湯底有驚喜

和朋友到上環逛街，感受一下香港懷舊的氣息，下午茶時分找找附近有什麼餐廳，看到這一間以南洋風味作招徠的冰室，於是決定一試下午茶時段提供的菜式除了有南亞風味的菜式外，也有提供普通茶餐廳的下午茶餐例如是西多士，熱狗配薯條等豬扒配漢堡扒冬陰功金邊粉 喜歡這種配菜可以任意配搭的金邊粉，坊間比較少見，另外他們的冬陰功值得一讚，湯底味道濃厚，酸酸辣辣的味道令我勾起泰國嘗試過的正宗冬陰功，另外他們的金邊粉亦10分彈牙，和湯底產生化學作用咖喱魚蛋，他們的咖喱魚蛋同樣惹味，咖喱偏向南洋口味，辣度剛好而不辛苦，內裏也加了一些香料令到魚蛋味道增加了層次感普通的常餐湯麵，配搭了豬頸肉和肉丁，也是一碗高質素的湯麵，雖然同樣滿意，但是有比較下，冬陰功湯底的確出色得多
