屋村酒樓「聚滿居」因為經常光顧,食到服務員💁都認得。冬風起,食羊腩煲🐐是常識吧: 用上gas爐一路滾住一路熱辣辣咁食,配埋啤酒🍻仲正,羊腩完全無騷味,爽彈得很,配埋吸精華的腐竹、爽口馬蹄、竹筍、香菇等,越食越入味,點少得傳統腐乳醬!成功調起羊肉肉味。姜蔥爆桶蠔 🦪: 用上美國大桶蠔、店員會即場拆開桶蠔比我地睇有幾多隻,以示公平公正,無花無假,用上姜蔥香爆蠔,無縮水之餘仲脹卜卜,咬落仲鎖緊肉汁,用生粉鎖水,走油,再調味,食落有層次。豉汁蒸鱔:食得出係爽鱔、吾係比焾身個款,蒸得好入味,豆豉味好出又吾會死咸,鱔爽彈先係靚野,新鮮。姜蔥炒蟹🦀:肉蟹膏吾多,但肉夠厚同扎實,走油令到蟹殼炸至脆身,好味,酒家都好細心,已破爛蟹殼方便食用,蟹肉清甜。咕嚕肉:一碟家常但顯廚師功架既菜式,用上半肥瘦豬肉,外皮炸至香脆,又吾會比淋面的菠蘿🍍醬整焾左、酸酸甜甜嘅汁包裹著脆豬肉,加埋菠蘿🍍粒同紅椒,好開胃。總結:整體有鑊氣區內酒樓會再光顧
