To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啖啖無骨海車雞配油飯正價比高,因為去左骨,一份入面會有滑肉有鞋肉。個油飯好香,唔太油,食落岩岩好。配有配菜花生,薑蓉和醬油。風味十足。配油飯很夾,油飯似係個靈魂帶出雞的鮮嫩。 金銀蛋肉碎浸時蔬西蘭花用呢個碟上賣相一般,食落好入味,原來個湯加入肉碎特別好飲架。食落係皮蛋咸蛋各一種,西蘭花全熟很正。蒸魚發覺出面食蒸魚總比家中自己整更惹味,因為比較滑,時間岩岩好同味道很到位。仲有個xo醬抄烏冬,我覺得足料,但油左少少。呢間餐廳味精唔重,餐廳光明,服務都okay, 食物好食,所以值得再訪。
