To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 炸蝦煙肉燴意粉($28)都推出左一輪,咪咪第一次食,原來都要等一陣,水吧阿姐話炸緊蝦要等。全碟意粉有三隻小吉列炸蝦,真係熱辣辣,食第一啖覺得 OK,之後再食,除左粉醬,還是粉醬,入面既蝦實在太細!不過蝦本身唔霉都算啦……燴意粉既汁有番茄同極微細(真係唔覺有)既煙肉,個汁係橙色,同平時肉醬或者鮮原茄既汁既紅色係兩回事,不過幾好味。意粉煮得過腍,無平時用檻欖油炒意粉既口感,將汁同意粉撈勻黎食,感覺極似冰室食到既燴意粉味道,不過又腍又碎……全碟意粉最奇怪既有少許椰菜做伴菜,唔係應該用西蘭花咩?椰菜都幾鹹!無乜肉既關係,咪咪清晒成碟意粉!
